If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of the agreement shall continue on full effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Langkawi Insider  except where specifically varied in writing by Langkawi Insider. Any rights not specifically granted in this agreement are reserved.

TOUR BOOKING

Travel service information provided by Langkawi Insider only to enable customers to determine pricing and availability of travel services. Full payment is due when reservations is confirmed.

Langkawi Insider reserved the right to change tour schedule/itinerary due to availability, change of whether and unforeseen circumstances. Langkawi Insider cannot be held responsible or liable for any wrong or incomplete disclosure of names and passport numbers in the bookings. Langkawi Insider reserves the right to change or cancel any portion of the itinerary or change of departure time without the risk of liability due to safety reasons and unforeseen circumstances.

Langkawi Insider has no liability for any damage or lost of personal belongings. Langkawi Insider shall be exempted from all liability caused directly by events beyond the operator control which included but not limited to pre-existing illness, third party negligence, civil disturbance, severe weather, failure of machinery act of government and act of nature.

Users warrant that they are at least 18 years old and possess legal authority to enter into such contracts, provide accurate information at all times, and accept full legal and financial responsibility for any contract resulting from use of this website. Any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation is expressly prohibited.

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

No cancellation is allowed once payment is charged to your credit card. Refund or exchange of equipment after payment is made is not allowed.  NO SHOW; If you miss the hotel pick up or no show the fare you paid will not be refunded to you for any reason whatsoever.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

You agree that any bookings or contracts made are subject to the separate terms & conditions of the supplier with whom you contract, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of such supplier/s including payment terms.

You understand and agree that any violation of terms and conditions of any suppliers with whom you contract as a result of using this website may result in the cancellation without refund of any other travel services you have contracted as a result of using this website.

You agree to accept full responsibility for and pay in full all costs, charges, fees, taxes and any other costs resulting from your use of this website and resulting from your contracts with any suppliers with whom you contract resulting from the use of this website.

You agree to pay Langkawi Insider a change fee equal to at least ten percent of the value of your booking for any changes to confirmed bookings, including cancellation of all or part of such bookings, and that Langkawi Insider is authorized to deducted this change fee from any payments you have made or refunds that are due.

TRAVEL AGENT

Any travel agent services provided by this website or by Langkawi Insider  are provided by Natural History Tours; KKKP 4852, travel agents licensed by the government of Malaysia, with office at No. 88 - Jalan Telok Datai -07000 Langkawi, Malaysia.

CURRENCY

All pricing are  in Malaysian Ringgit. However, online payment for international buyers is in USD as our online payment system doesn't support Malaysian Ringgit . For International clients credit/charge cards and paypal balance are accepted as method of payment. All business transactions in this website are done directly online.  Any price indications provided in other currencies are provided for reference and comparison purposes only, and are not warranted to be accurate.
