SETTING

Tanjung Sanctuary Bungalow Hotel lies on the west coast of Langkawi on a private estate comprising 67 acres of unspoiled natural tropical forest.

It's 2.5 kilometer coastline includes a series of private beaches, rocky headlands and rock reefs. The surrounding forest is home to stunning Hornbills and a wide variety of birds, animals, wild orchids and butterflies.

Tanjung Sanctuary is conveniently sited just 7 kilometers from the airport, and ideal for touring the islands attractions. Located close to the magnificent Cincang Mountains (pronounced Chinchang), the oldest land formation in SE Asia, guests can be sure to enjoy the trip to the top by cable car during their stay. Also visit the nearby luxury yacht marina at Perdana Bay with its shopping and restaurants.

SWIMMING POOL

Our beautiful fresh water swimming pool invites you to relax and enjoy the stunning views over the island studded Andaman Sea. Light snacks, fresh tropical juices and other beverages are available to guests only. Deck chairs, umbrellas & towels are provided.

WATER SPORT

Our non-polluting range of water sports include windsurfing and Hobie Cat sailing catamaran, and sea kayaks. Afternoon beach volleyball sessions are popular.

MASSAGE

We offer traditional Malaysian massage - ideal for recovering from jet lag and the stresses of western life.

TELEVISION LOUNGE

A lounge area overlooking the Andaman Sea provides full satellite television for enjoying international sporting events. Our small library is available to guests.

Rising from the island studded Andaman Sea on the tip of Tanjung Sanctuary Point, our restaurant offers breathtaking 270 degree sea views.

At high tide the restaurant deck lies above the sea offering dines the pleasure of viewing many crabs and fish in addition to a range of sea birds including the beautiful Brahminy Kite and Sea Eagles that hunt our waters.

The Point Restaurant is open throughout the day serving western and Asian meals and tropical fruit juices and snacks.

The Point is well known for the high quality of our daily fresh seafood prepared in Asian style or to order.

ROOM OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupants allowed are one or two adults plus one or two children up to six years old without extra bed. Baby cots are supplied free on request.

COMPULSORY FESTIVE DINNER

Compulsory Christmas Dinner (24 Dec) and New Years Party (31 December) cost is RM 100 per person and free for children up to 6 years old, RM 60 for children aged 7 - 10.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Full prepayment required to confirm booking. Cancellation done less than 5 business days before arrival date is not refundable.
