Ideally located within walking distance from the Langkawi International Airport, the Helang Hotel also adjoins the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre. Due to its location it is often visited by business travellers and has accommodated heads of state and ministers from all over the world. A beautiful swimming pool and a complimentary shuttle service to the nearby beach in the sister hotel Langkasuka make a tranquil getaway for the leisure traveller as well.

FACILITIES

Guests have the choice to either swim in the freshwater swimming pool or relax at the beach in the nearby sister Hotel Langkasuka Beach Resort. A games room for indoor entertainment provides a pool table, dartboard, foosball and several board games.

ROOM TYPES

Hotel Helang features 218 rooms of different sizes and prize range. The rooms are spacious with a minimum floor area of 47.5 square meters and furnished with either one King or two twin size beds. All guestrooms are elegantly designed and fully equipped with a key-card locking system as well as IDD telephones with internet extensions and individually controlled air-conditioning. Each bathroom is fitted with a long bathtub and separate shower compartment.

DELUXE & PREMIUM DELUXE

The Deluxe and Premium Deluxe room in the Hotel Helang are equipped with King/Queen size beds on 42.69 square meters. A day-bed under the window soft arm chairs well as a desk make it comfortable for business and leisure traveller. The attached bathroom is fitted with a long bathtub and extra shower.

DELUXE SUITE

The spacious Deluxe Suite offers guest a delightful retreat on 79.12 square meters. Furnished with modern Malaysian style furniture the rooms feature either King- or Queen size beds, daybed under the window, comfortable soft easy chairs and a balcony. The bathroom is fitted with a big bathtub as well as a standing shower.

EXECUTIVE SUITE

On 75.41 square meters the Executive Suite features either King or Queen size beds. Each room is fitted with a comfortable daybed, a sitting area, desk and TV-cupboard as well as a balcony. A connecting door to the next room with two single beds makes it perfect for families. The big bathroom offers a long bathtub with Jacuzzi and separate shower.

Early arrival is subject to room availability. Late check out after 2pm up to 6pm is chargeable and subject to availability of room.

CHILD POLICY

No additional charge for children under twelve years old occupying the same guest room with parents or guardians (space permitting). Special rates may be available for two adults and two children under twelve years of age occupying two rooms, subject to availability.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION

Full prepayment required to confirm booking. Cancellation done less than 5 business days before arrival date is not refundable.
